Are you interested in hosting a MOSEF event?

MOSEF is requesting proposals from venues, including K12 and collegiate campuses, to serve as a site for esports events and to provide services related thereto, as described in our 2025-27 Event RFP Guide.

MOSEF will rotate venue locations through its eight regions on a set schedule (see pages 2-3). Event proposals that do not follow this schedule will not be considered UNLESS no appropriate venue can be found in the designated region for that event by the deadline.

All proposals submitted in response to this RFP must be received no later than the dates noted in the event detail pages.
