Reschedule Guidelines

All reschedules for existing dates must be documented by February 27 (request form).

  • Applies to things like spring break, PD days, school plays, band concerts, etc.

  • Does NOT apply to weekly events like other sports/activities

  • Both coaches must agree. 

  • If a reschedule date cannot be agreed on, the school who cannot make default time will forfeit.

  • Reschedules for existing dates requested after February 27 will not be approved unless there are extenuating circumstances ("We forgot" doesn't count!).

  • For emergency reschedules (inclement weather, illness, infrastructure failure, etc.), contact the TO and the opposing coach immediately. 

    • These will be approved on a case-by-case basis.

  • Teams forfeiting more than one match will be ineligible for playoffs.

All rescheduled matches must be completed no later than April 17.

Preseason

It is mandatory for each team to participate in at least one week of preseason! Teams who do not participate will not be scheduled for the regular season.

You must sign up to be scheduled to ensure everyone has an opponent that will be present.

PLayoff Schedules

All games EXCEPT Star Division:

  • The top team from each section will move on to the Spring Showdown

  • The top four teams in each class will attend the in-person Spring Showdown

  • If there are more than four sections in your class, you will play the first round of the Spring Showdown online

All playoff brackets will be seeded by the season record! Please see game rules for tiebreaker explanations.

Postseason brackets will be posted after the conclusion of the regular season.
